 Sessions are 1 hour

$140
(If applicable, sliding scale)

Medicare insurance accepted along with checks and cash.  
Insurances:  Receipts provided to clients for Insurance reimbursement.

 (Payment is required at the time of appointment) 


 CANCELLATIONS

A 24 hour cancellation is required, otherwise
 there is a no call/no show fee.  

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice
or don't show up to your appointment, the full rate for the
session will be charged. The appointment time you have
booked is reserved exclusively for your convenience.
 
 
AVAILABLE OFFICE HOURS
 
Monday: 3-9 pm  and  Tuesday-Thursday: 9am-9pm
